I am now a father of two, but back when my first child was
about to be born,
I decided to open this restaurant.
I chose this name with a prayer for the new life to come, and
with the hope of cherishing and nurturing the irreplaceable
moments we share with our guests here.

Totsuki-Tooka is a creative restaurant nestled in Umegaoka, Setagaya.
Our chef, with extensive international experience, crafts dishes that
beautifully blend Japanese and French culinary traditions.
We use the freshest fish delivered directly from Susaki in Kochi Prefecture,
along with seasonal produce from trusted local farms ̶ each dish
thoughtfully prepared to highlight the natural flavors of every ingredient.
With counter bar and terrace seating, you can enjoy a full seasonal course
or simply unwind with a drink in hand.
